Arrive in Kigali where you will receive a warm Rwandan welcome from a representative outside the customs and immigration hall. You will then take a transfer to your city accommodation, The Kigali Serena Hotel. You will then have the evening to relax and enjoy at your leisure.

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you will check-out. We will set off for Volcanoes National Park (approximately 3 hours). Upon arrival you will proceed to check in at Five Volcanoes Boutique Hotel. The evening is at leisure to enjoy hotel facilities. Lunch will be provided after check in.Dinner and overnight stay.

With an estimated 880 Gorillas left in the world, this once in a lifetime experience allows you the unique opportunity to see these gentle creatures in their natural habitat.

You will make your way to the park headquarters for the gorilla trek briefing at 7am before taking a transfer to the starting point of your trek. You will then meet your guide who has years of experience interacting with the Gorillas and knows exactly where to find them. Once located your guide will take you on a spectacular hike through the lush jungle of Rwanda…prepare yourself for truly unforgettable panoramic views along the way. Excitement continues to build during the trek as you near closer to the Gorillas until your guide signals that they are in sight. That first glimpse of the Gorillas is truly magical and something you will not forget in a hurry. You will then spend the next hour getting up close and personal to these gentle giants, watching them play, eat and chilling out.

After the mornings excitement, you’ll return to the hotel for a well-earned lunch and rest.

Enjoy a delicious early breakfast and transfer to Kinigi park headquarters at 06:30hrs. Between 07:00-08:00hrs, briefing on Golden monkey trek would be provided. Then, transfer to your start point. Trekking to see the Golden Monkey's is an absolute highlight of Volcanoes National Park. the monkeys are playful and inquisitive and often spend their time leaping from bamboo branches or frolicking on the forest floor. 

11:00hrs return to hotel for lunch and then check out. Baggage can be kept at the hotel reception until transfer to the city. 

We recommend the latest departure from Volcanoes national park at 15:00hrs so that you are in Kigali at 18:00hrs. 

If time allows you can do some final shopping around Kigali and then transfer to Kigali International Airport in time for check in for your outbound flight.
