    UAE holiday experiences

    • Witness Dubai’s iconic skyline, stretching towards the sky, the glittering lights, soaring skyscrapers, and futuristic cityscape. Over the past 50 years, Dubai has gone from being a small trading outpost to one of the world’s wealthiest and most modern cities. It is home to a long list of record-shattering attractions, including the world’s tallest building, tallest hotel, tallest residential building, largest mall and largest indoor ski slope.
    • While the cities are the places to go for high-end shopping, sumptuous dinners, indulgent spas, and sci-fi-style architecture, beyond their walls is another world waiting to be explored. For serenity and unspoilt scenery that goes as far as the eye can see, head for the Hajar Mountains, perfect for hikers and wildlife enthusiasts. Alternatively, hire a 4x4 and pit your driving skills against some of the monstrous dunes found in the Al Khaznah region.
    • Travel to the UAE and you can experience some of the best beaches in the world. If you’re visiting Abu Dhabi, put Corniche at the top of your list along with Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Centre. If you’re travelling particularly with the family, make sure to visit the renowned Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, a Ferrari Branded Theme Park that will take your adventure to a different level. For a romantic beach break, make your way to Fujairah, where you’ll find the secluded sands of Khor Kalba.
    • A key archaeological site in cataloguing the history of Middle Eastern civilisations, Ras Al-Khaimah has been at the crossroads of regional trade and travel for thousands of years. Today, the city is a thriving commercial centre, as well as an increasingly popular tourist destination. This emirate has a very different adventure to those found in neighbouring Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Here, history and culture reign, and fascinating dig sites tell inspiring tales of antiquity. While you could spend weeks looking at archaeological marvels, the ghost town of Jazirat Al Hamra Fishing Village also beckons; and don’t forget the Pearl Museum and the natural springs at the beautiful mountain hideaway of Khatt; Ras Al-Khaimah is a trip to remember.
    • The United Arab Emirates enjoys blistering summer sunshine and mild winters. Between May and September, the mercury can climb into the forties while between January and April, the temperature generally hovers between the mid-twenties and low thirties.
