Terms & more information
- Full package amount needs to be settled 30 days before the travel date.
- The non-refundable 10% deposit should be settled at Qatar Airways Holidays store on Old Airport Road, Doha.
- This offer is not applicable to bookings where travel occurs within 30 days.
- Not applicable for non-refundable bookings, cruise packages, sports packages, or any booking requiring advance payment.
- It is the client's responsibility to ensure the remaining balance is paid 30 days prior to the travel date. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
- In the event of cancellation, the 10% deposit will be non-refundable.
- If cancellation occurs after full payment, the booking cancellation policy applies, and the 10% deposit will remain non-refundable.
- Clients are responsible to have valid travel documents, required visas and travel insurance as needed.
