            Deposit Payment Terms & Conditions
            1. Eligibility for Deposit Option
              • To confirm your booking with a deposit, your travel date must be more than 30 days prior to departure.
              • Bookings within 30 days of departure are not eligible for the deposit option and require full payment at the time of booking.
            2. Deposit Payment Methods
              • You may pay your deposit using:
                • Cash
                • Avios
                • A combination of Cash + Avios
            3. Balance Payment
              • The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to departure to avoid cancellation. You will be sent 2 reminders. 
              • The balance payment can only be made in cash.
            4. Applicable Packages
              • Eligible bookings must be made online. 
              • The deposit option is currently available for:
                • Flight + Hotel packages 
                • Hotel-only packages  
            5. Amendment & Withdrawal Rights
              • QRH reserves the right to amend or withdraw this payment option at any time, and without prior notice.
