Hayya & Visa on Arrival (VOA)

  1. Hayya & VOA hotels are only to be purchased by those nationals who require a Discover Qatar hotel in order to fulfil their ‘Visa on Arrival’ requirements. 
  2. Hayya & VOA hotels are booked on the board basis (Room Only, Half Board etc) as stated and doesn’t include extras or incidental charges (e.g. laundry, Minibar, room services, etc.).
  3. You have the option to book accommodation only or flight and hotel packages.
  4. A minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of 60 nights can be booked under this offer.
  5. The hotel reserves the right to charge the customer for any late checkout, Qatar Airways Holidays will not be responsible for the rates charged.
  6. A valid hotel booking confirmation and passport are required to be presented at the hotel upon check-in to avail the room(s).
  7. Standard hotel check-in and check-out times are 1500 and 1200 respectively. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability
  8. Hayya & VOA confirmed bookings are non-transferable.
  9. Maximum occupancy in a room is up to 2 adults and 1 child below 11 years of age using the existing bed configuration.
  10. Customers below 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
  11. Any special requests like bedding, smoking/non-smoking rooms, connecting / adjacent rooms, etc. are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  12. Amendments are not allowed once a booking has been confirmed.
  13. Flight-inclusive rates are based on the specific booking classes applicable for Qatar Airways Holidays only. If the specific booking class is unavailable and another booking class is availed, a supplement charge will apply.
  14. Standard published QR baggage allowance applies.
  15. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain and carry a valid passport and other travelling documents including visas, permits, vaccination certificates, travel insurance, etc. Qatar Airways Holidays will not be liable for any inconvenience, expense, loss or damage of any kind if incurred by the customer due to the failure of obtaining or producing such documents.
  16. Voucher/promo codes are not applicable on Visa On Arrival bookings. Bonus Avios will also not be awarded on Visa On Arrival bookings

Amendment and Cancellation Policy

  1. Once a booking is made, amendments are not allowed.
  2. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the arrival date of your hotel booking are subject to a cancellation fee of QAR 100.
  3. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to 100% cancellation fee 
  4. An administration fee equal to 7% of the total booking value is applicable for cancellation requests containing a flight component. 
The following exceptions apply:
  • If a flight is cancelled or changed by the airline.
  • If there are sufficient compassionate grounds, supported by documentary evidence, such as a positive PCR result which prevents travel.
  • If a ‘Visa on Arrival’ application is rejected by the authorities upon arrival into Qatar.
  • If the State of Qatar changes the rules of entry into Qatar in a way that materially affects your booking.
  • If your Ehteraz Application has been rejected, if documentary evidence is supplied
  1. The confirmation of the booking lies at the sole discretion of Qatar Airways Holidays.
  2. Every effort will be made to confirm a booking exactly as per the client’s request; however, in a case of no availability, Qatar Airways Holidays reserves the right to offer similar alternatives.
  3. Qatar Airways Holidays reserves the right to update the prices of any of the hotels, excursions and other services shown on our website.
  4. Qatar Airways Holidays reserves the right to cancel a booking at our sole discretion and for any cause without giving reasons for the rejection/ refusal/ cancellation. The causes may include but are not limited to the following:
  • Breach of the Terms & Conditions by a customer
  • Suspicion of criminal activity (including but not limited to unauthorized use of a credit or debit card), fraud or theft
  • Product or services not being available or no longer being made available by the supplier, or where the supplier has provided inaccurate price and/or information relating to their products or services
  • The provision of inaccurate, erroneous or misleading information by the customer
  • Problems with credit card electronic communications, information or transactions
  • In certain cases, Qatar Airways Holidays may require additional information or verification to validate and confirm the booking. If you choose not to submit the required additional information, reservations will not be completed and will be voided.

Important note: In case your booking is used to apply for Hayya or obtain a visa, it becomes non-refundable.
