Experience the unique heritage, storied history, and realised aspirations of Doha with a city tour that takes you around Souq Waqif, Dhow Harbour, the Museum of Islamic Arts, Katara Cultural Village, and The Pearl.

Whether you opt to choose Souq Waqif or Beach House as your meeting point, the tour will include the following popular attractions:

  • Katara Cultural Village, which is the largest and the most multidimensional cultural project in Qatar. Experience a guided tour through the Katara Mosque, the Golden Masjid, beautiful theatres, and concert halls, including the Instagram-worthy Katara Amphitheatre where world-renowned stars like Angela Gheorghiou, Roberto Alagna, and Jeremy Irons have graced the stage.
     
  • The Pearl, Qatar’s former pearl diving beds is a luxury residential oasis nestled along the coastline. Enjoy a photo stop at the nation’s man-made island with luxury towers and villas, high-end shopping, hotels, and fine dining all set along a picturesque marina, complete with superyachts and exotic cars.
     
  • Dhow Harbour and the Museum of Islamic Art along the Corniche, for an opportunity to take Instagram-worthy photos of the traditional wooden Dhow boats moored along the harbour with the striking Museum of Islamic Art and city skyline as breathtaking backdrops.
     
  • Souq Waqif, Doha’s oldest marketplace and unmissable tourist hotspot. Enjoy a guided tour through its vibrant labyrinth of alleyways where you can experience the city’s living heritage and traditions with a plethora of carpet, gold, art, and handicraft souqs to explore. You can also get up close with the falcons and see the Amiri Diwan & Palace Guard camels resting in the souq’s camel pen.  Even on a Friday when the pace is slower with fewer crowds, you can dine leisurely at the many restaurants and cafes and view the Instagram-worthy Golden Thumb statue, designed by acclaimed French artist, César Baldaccini, in the heart of the souq.

Tip: If you choose Beach House as your preferred meeting point, you can treat yourself to breakfast by the beach along with all-you-can-drink coffee. Available from Sunday to Thursday - starting from 7:00 am
