5% special discount for Privilege Club Members

Silver, Gold and Platinum Privilege Club Members can enjoy 5% off every holiday package purchased through the Qatar Airways Holidays online or offline in one of our stores or over the phone. The discount may be applicable whether the payment is settled using any or all of cash, card or Avios. The availability of the discount is subject to change by Qatar Airways Holidays as stated in the General Terms and Conditions and might not be valid during offer periods. The discount cannot be combined with other discount types and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and special offers.

The 5% discount is calculated before taxes, third party fees and levies are added.

The 5% discount can be redeemed only by Silver, Gold and Platinum Privilege Club members. Each tier has its own unique promo code as follows: Silver – QRSILVER, Gold – QRGOLD, Platinum – QRPLATINUM.

To redeem the discount when booking online, Members need to enter the promo code in the "Vouchers" field on the payment page, before choosing to pay with any or all of cash, card or Avios.

If the purchase is taking place offline, in one of our stores or over the phone, Members need to submit their Membership Number to the booking consultant at the time of booking.

If a transaction is conducted not in accordance with these terms, we reserve the right to recover any amount that is discounted.


Earning Avios & Qpoints

Subject to the following terms and conditions and the applicable Qatar Airways Privilege Club Terms & Conditions, Privilege Club Members who make a booking (including for Qatar Airways codeshare flights):
  • online at https://www.qatarairwaysholidays.com/; or
  • at any Qatar Airways Holidays Shop; or
  • over the phone (please contact us here),

for all holiday packages will earn Avios, provided that at the time of booking the Member adds their Membership Number to the online booking widget or provides their Membership Number to the booking consultant.

Privilege Club Members will earn Qpoints for all bookings with Qatar Airways Holidays, in accordance with the applicable Qatar Airways Holidays terms and conditions and FAQs.

The number of Avios that the Member will earn is based on the value of the products that are booked as set out in the FAQs section (excluding all taxes and surcharges). Any subsequent changes to the booking, including to the travel dates and products, may change the total value of the booking and the corresponding number of Avios that that will be earned. The number of Avios earned will be finalised after payment has been completed and the trip has been taken or the products have been used.

Privilege Club Members will continue to earn Avios and Qpoints on Qatar Airways flights as per the Privilege Club Terms & Conditions, in addition to the Avios and Qpoints earned from holiday packages.

If the booking is a joint booking for two or more Privilege Club Members, then the Avios will be credited to Adult 1 (the Member who is the lead traveller). Only a Main Member who provided their number at the time of booking is eligible to earn Avios; Family Members who are part of the Family Programme are ineligible to earn Avios.

Avios may be earned on “hotel only” bookings, provided that the Member submits their claim by contacting us by phone or email and quoting the booking number within 30 days after the booking.

Avios will not be earned for:
• lost, refunded, forfeited, unused or expired bookings, tickets, vouchers, or products;
• bookings cancelled by customer or if no-show;

• where the member does not provide their membership at the time of booking;

• in respect of partially used products and services in a package, those products and services that are unused or cancelled;

• bookings cancelled by Qatar Airways Holidays due to a Force Majeure event; and
• purchases not from Qatar Airways Holidays, e.g. excess baggage charges paid to the airline, extras or upgrades paid directly to the accommodation provider.

 

Avios will be credited to the Privilege Club account between 4 to 8 weeks after completion once the products have been used or after the trips/package has been fully taken/utilized.

The Member is responsible for ensuring that any Avios have been properly credited to their Privilege Club account. The statement can be checked online through the Privilege Club dashboard.

If Avios have not been credited, a claim for the missing Avios may be submitted to Qatar Airways Holidays Customer Service. The claim must be submitted within six (6) months after the completion date of the booked trip/products. If the claim is valid, it may take 4 to 8 weeks for Avios to be credited to the Member’s Privilege Club account. A claim may be submitted by sending an email to holidays@qatarairways.com.qa, calling +974 4144 5544 or visiting one of the Qatar Airways Holiday shops.

If there is any inconsistency or conflict between these T&Cs and the Privilege Club Terms & Conditions, the provision or provisions in these Terms & Conditions shall prevail to the extent of any conflict or inconsistency.


Redeeming Avios

Privilege Club Members are able to redeem Avios on all holiday packages purchased via the Qatar Airways Holidays website, subject to the limitations set out in Privilege Club Terms and Conditions. Using Avios to buy holiday packages offline (in the shop, by email or over the phone) is currently not available until further notice.

Standard terms and conditions apply for holiday packages purchased using Avios. Please refer to Qatar Airways Holidays general terms and conditions and the hotel, flights and other components terms and policies at the time of booking. 

The Avios required to purchase a holiday package varies according to the value of the selected package(s). The Member must have a minimum of 2,000 Avios in their account in order to redeem Avios for a holiday package booking payment. Pay with Avios will be available only on the Payment page, after selecting the requested holiday package(s).

The Member may spend up to 100% Avios on the package value if the account balance permits, or use a mix of Avios and cash or card, which will be quoted at the time of booking and in the applicable currency. If the Avios value includes a fraction of an Avios point, it will be rounded up based on the currency used for payment

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Changes, cancellations and refunds for holiday packages purchased using Avios are subject to the applicable Qatar Airways Holidays terms and conditions and the applicable hotel, flights and other components cancellation policies at the time of booking. If the initial payment for the purchased package(s) are settled partially with Avios and cash or card, then any additional fees or tax differences that arise as a consequence of any booking changes will be adjusted from the cash or card component (the Avios element shall not be adjusted). If the additional fees or taxes exceed the value of the cash or card portion, or if the purchased package(s) is settled using Avios alone, the Members must settle the additional fees separately using cash or card as we may request. After such settlement, the Avios component (if any) will be refunded.

Qpoints Terms and Conditions

  • Information on how to claim the Qpoints forms part of these terms and conditions. An eligible purchase in the “Qpoints on Qatar Airways Holidays” promotion (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • The Promotion is conducted by Qatar Airways Group Q.C.S.C, through its Privilege Club (the Promoter)
  • The Promotion commences 12:01am, (AST) on 25 June 2023 and continues until withdrawn by the Promoter (Promotion Period).
  • Eligible participants are Qatar Airways Privilege Club members at the time of an eligible transaction, who hold an unsuspended account (Eligible Participants) and who pay for the Eligible Package (as described below).
  • Entry is not open to family members of Eligible Participants on the same Privilege Club membership or to Beyond Business membership holders.
  • Eligible Participants will earn 1 Qpoint (Bonus QPoints) for every US$ 100 (excluding taxes) spent on a Qatar Airways Holidays package (Eligible Package) if they:
    • purchase and book the Eligible package during the Promotion Period; and
    • provide their membership number at the time of purchase.
  • If there are multiple passenger(s) on the Eligible Package who are also Privilege Club members, they will earn Avios and Qpoints for the flight portion of the Eligible Package, which will be allocated to their respective account(s) in accordance with the Privilege Club terms and conditions.
  • Bonus Qpoints will be credited to the Eligible Participant’s Privilege Club account within 30 days after the package has been fully utilized.
  • Bonus Qpoints will count towards the tier qualification criteria of the Eligible Participant member.
  • In case of missing transactions, Eligible Participants must submit their claim directly to Qatar Airways Holidays within six (6) months from the date where the package has been fully utilized unless the Promoter informs the Eligible Participant otherwise. The eligibility of the transaction will be determined by the Promoter for processing accordingly.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion at any time and without any prior notice or liability.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final in relation to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Participant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Participant.
  • All other Privilege Club terms and conditions apply.
  • All standard terms and conditions apply.
  • These terms and conditions have been prepared in English and translated into Arabic.  If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English and Arabic terms and conditions, the English terms and conditions will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency or conflict.

Modifications of the terms and conditions

These terms may be varied by us at any time. The updated terms and conditions be posted on our website and will automatically apply with immediate effect, except for bookings prior to the date of publication of the new terms, in which case the previous version of the terms and conditions will apply.

If there is any inconsistency or conflict between these T&Cs and the Privilege Club Terms & Conditions, the provision or provisions in these Terms & Conditions shall prevail to the extent of any conflict or inconsistency.
