How can members earn bonus Qpoints with Qatar Airways Holidays?

a. Every $100 spend (excluding taxes) on QRH packages will count towards 1 Qpoint

b. Qpoints earn is excluded on Visa-On-Arrival or Quarantine bookings

Are all members eligible to earn this bonus?

Yes, this is open to all members irrespective of tier. 

Are there any exclusions?

Members who are on cancelled, suspended, merged, deceased, blacklisted statuses will remain ineligible.

If there are multiple passengers in the package (who are also members), will all of them earn the bonus Qpoints?

a. The member who made the booking and payment for the package is eligible to earn the bonus Qpoints.

b. It is not mandatory for the person who booked to be part of the traveling party.

I am booking a package for another person, will we both receive the bonus Qpoints?

The bonus Qpoints will be credited to the person who made the booking and payment for the package only.

Can I transfer the bonus Qpoints?

No, Qpoints are not transferable.

I am not a Privilege Club member but have already booked and paid for a package, am I eligible?

a. No, to receive bonus Qpoints, the person booking and paying for the package must be a member and provide the membership number at the time of booking and paying for the package.

b. If it is the flight component Qpoints are missing, then members can submit a retro-claim from their member dashboard and it will be processed in accordance to the Privilege Club T&Cs.

I booked a package last month but still didn’t receive any bonus Qpoints.

Bonus Qpoints will be credited within 30 days after the package has been fully utilized.

I booked two packages on the same day, will I earn bonus Qpoints for both packages together or separately?

Yes, you will earn bonus Qpoints for both packages and they will be credited within 30 days after each package has been fully utilized 

Will these Qpoints help me retain or upgrade my Privilege Club tier?

Yes, the Qpoints will count towards tier retention / upgrade. More details here

I am unable to find the bonus Qpoints in my account, what do I do?

If a package is utilized and member has not received any bonus Qpoints. Member must submit a claim directly with QRH via email (holidays@qatarairways.com.qa) or phone via the contact numbers at https://www.qatarairwaysholidays.com/qa-en/contact/
