What does a holiday package include?
A holiday package typically includes return flights and hotel accommodation, with optional extras such as transfers, tours, and activities.
Can I customise my holiday package?
Yes! You can personalise your holiday with airport transfers, tours and experiences. If you’d like a fully tailor-made package to any destination, including multiple cities, tours, cruises, and more, our Travel Advisors can create it for you. Contact us.
Do you offer hotel-only bookings?
Yes, you can book hotels separately using the “Hotel” option on our website – available with every search form.
Do you offer special deals or discounts?
Yes, we regularly share promotions. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers are available. Please contact our retail store or Travel Advisors for details.
How many travellers can be in one booking?
You can book for up to nine travellers online. For larger groups, please contact our Travel Advisors.

Can I request a quote and confirm later?
Yes, you can request a quote from our Travel Advisors and confirm your booking later. However, prices and availability cannot be guaranteed until payment is completed, as rates are dynamic and may change at any time.
Why does the price change when I return later?
Prices are dynamic and may change due to flight and hotel availability, taxes, and currency fluctuations. We always aim to offer the best available rates, but prices cannot be guaranteed until payment is completed.
What does my board basis mean?
- Room-only: No meals included.
- Bed & Breakfast (BB): Breakfast only.
- Half Board (HB): Breakfast and one other meal (usually dinner).
- Full Board (FB): Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- All Inclusive (AI): All meals, selected beverages, and some activities (check hotel details for inclusions).
Can I request special dietary needs?
