Deposit Payment Terms & Conditions

Eligibility for Deposit Option
- To confirm your booking with a deposit, your travel date must be more than 30 days prior to departure.
- Bookings within 30 days of departure are not eligible for the deposit option and require full payment at the time of booking.
Deposit Payment Methods
- You may pay your deposit using:
  - Cash
  - Avios
  - A combination of Cash + Avios
Balance Payment
- The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to departure to avoid cancellation. You will be sent 2 reminders.
- The balance payment can only be made in cash.
Applicable Packages
- Eligible bookings must be made online.
- The deposit option is currently available for:
  - Flight + Hotel packages
  - Hotel-only packages
Amendment & Withdrawal Rights
- QRH reserves the right to amend or withdraw this payment option at any time, and without prior notice.
